This project is located at the edge of the Chinatown and Little Italy neighbourhoods in west central Ottawa. The typology of a front-to-back semi allowed for four units with a shared laneway and courtyard parking. This is an area that is going through rapid change so communication and acceptance by established neighbours was key to a successful project.
