This project is located in the Westboro neighbourhood in Ottawa. Westboro is a mature, established neighbourhood with variety of architectural typologies. The corner lot presented a design challenge for setbacks and lot size. Working again with Colizza Architects, the plan resulted in two two-storey light filled homes of 2,000 and 1,900 square feet.
